Recently I purchased a blouse from Urban Outfitters at a cheap price. The original price of that blouse was £60 but I got the same blouse in just £10 on sale. We usually have to pay for their delivery but I just paid £1 because I was having their promo code. I got my parcel within 3 days only. I will shop again during their sales otherwise their products are very costly.

Sometimes it becomes difficult to get your favorite product during sales’ days as many other people also buy stuff during these days. Urban Outfitters is my favorite online store as I found it trendy and reliable. Anyone of you can easily sign up for newsletter for receiving their coupons that will give you the discounts up to 40%. I like their free shipping policy as we can save some dollars. Another good thing about this store is we can also cancel our order before receiving it at home. Customer services of Urban Outfitters are awesome.

From Urban outfitters few days back, I ordered a set of pillow case and my comforter along with standard shipping charges. I got my parcel within 2 days before minimum expected delivery date. Now I am washing these things and quality is same as before. Company’s overall shipping was perfect and I will buy more products from this store as I like the quality of its product.

Placed an order for a bright color rag rug and paid $10 for its shipping. After a week when I un-wrapped my package, I found that was a dull colored rug looking more like a mat piece. This piece of mat was not looking like the picture shown online and against what I placed my order. Even the size was smaller than I ordered that is: 2 x 3. I called them and reported that I they have delivered me wrong product. They didn’t know even what they delivered me, but the customer care guy told me of free return. After two weeks, I received an email stating me that they don’t have my demanded rag rug, what they can do is a refund in my account. Now I had none of the other option then asking to refund back money into my account.
What I got from my Urban Outfitter experience is: If you have to shop, you will possibly be refunded back into your account, with a loss of $10 stated as shipping cost. And for this refunded money, you are bound to order again something from same site, until you don’t loose all your money. A really bad experience what I had with these guys

Hello. I ordered frye boots and against that, received shipping order number, and I made myself assure that order has been confirmed.
It’s about three weeks, when I called them back and asked about my order delivery. Urban Outfitters customer rep told me that you order is on the way… this and that. I requested them not to delay any more as it already is.
A few days later I called once again asking for my order? This time, the guy told me that your ordered shoe was not in stock at the time you ordered. And we are really sorry for this. What???? How can I get shipping order ID, if it was out of stock? The guy was just speechless.
Very poor service, surely I am not going to buy any thing from this store.

Wow… I received a pair of shoes in sale, size 10, against my ordered size 8.
I called them and asked about this nonsense? The reply was:
Sorry: It was a mistake, we will replace this.
Okay fine and I dropped the call. A few weeks later my pair was replaced by size 9. I rang once back and asked about this new delivery, now the reply was:
Mam, Actually It was a sale article and we shipped you the possible sizes we had. We only had sizes 10 and 9, so we dispatched both to you one by one.
What’s going on here? It’s this a mess where you are presenting your stock? Will I need to waste my time clarifying “I need 8 SIZE pair”? Very irresponsible stores ever exist online.

Urban Outfitters have much pathetic customer service. I ordered something from Urban Outfitters, and they lost my product while shipping it. I contacted them again and again and asked for my package, but all in veil. They all seemed as they are all blank and look like if there no system exists for such queries. It is my bad experience with Urban Outfitter.
