Few days ago I bought my dress from lulus for wedding but unfortunately I had to return it. I learned from their website that we can just return our products within 30 days as per their return policy. I send an email to their customer service for asking about return. I received a positive reply from them and they were willing to return my dress even after 30 days. Such a great company.

Few days back I ordered a two piece dress from Lulus. The dress which I ordered was looking wonderful in pictures which were displaced on their website but I was nervous about quality. I got my parcel within the specified time period and I was delighted as the quality of dress was tremendous. I am waiting for more variety of dresses for shopping again from this store.

Customer services of Lulus are just incredible. I purchased chiffon dress from their store but there was some defect in it. Therefore I requested their customer services personnel to exchange it which they did so well without any trouble. I received another chiffon dress within few days of my request with no extra charges. Each of their dress is pretty and best to wear in functions. I also love their packaging as they wrap each product in beautiful tissue papers.

Lulus is one of my best and all time favorite store for shopping. Everything they offer is outstanding. Many times I have booked my order online and all customer service staff is helpful and wonderful. Even I returned some products but they did not mind it. Lulus also provide a label of return shipping for returning something that is a good thing. Quality of their all clothing is good and the xs size they offer perfectly fit on me. Also they give me a discount of 15% off on each order. Right now I am waiting for two orders which I have booked this week. Love you lulus.

One of the best online customer services as they are not engaged in any fraud with their clients. I ordered a beautiful necklace which was expensive. When I received my parcel I again ordered 2 fancy dresses for an occasion. I had worn these dresses on different occasions and my friends liked my dress a lot. Special thanks to Lulus for making my day. Shipping timing of their parcel is 5 working days but both time I received my parcel only in 3 days. I will continue to shop here in future.

Few days back I ordered clothing from Lulus. I was quite impressed with high quality of clothing. Before booking my order, I found the prices of these clothing are expensive as per my expectation. But after receiving my parcel I am satisfied as the quality of their clothing is superior. Due to some reasons I had to return some clothes and found their returning policy as hassle free.
