My 1st experience with this store was outstanding. I placed an order of a beautiful, lovely dress which arrived at my home on time. I prefer to choose free shipping but when I booked my 2nd order I did not receive it. Then I contacted their services department and they told me this item is no more in stock and quickly send my all refund. I will order again from Dresslily for more products.

One month back, I placed an order of 2 sweatshirts/hoodies from Dresslilly online. The shipping plan which I choose took 20-25 days almost. I got my parcel two days back and it was on time. Both hoodies are awesome and fits on me and are comfortable too. These hoodies are same as I have seen on their website. I have not found these designs and styles of clothing anywhere on the price which they are selling. Again I would order more stuff from this web.

I have read all the negative reviews which people have written on different websites. But I am not agreed with them. Yes this shop is not costly and lavish but still it seemed much better than other online stores. I am satisfied with all my orders which I received from Dresslily. Their shipping services and customer personnel and everything was perfect. So I highly recommend this online shop to others. At least try one time by your own.

Oh My GOD I am so in love with the wig which I have ordered from DressLily. I booked a cheap price wig from them but the quality of wig was fine. My order arrived so quickly and promptly. It is very easy to pay for their products. They have nice variety and colors of wigs on their website and now I am planning to purchase another wig.

I love the quality of their dresses as they always deliver what they display on their website. They took a bit long to deliver the products but their delivery is safe and sound. Do not buy from these people! I ordered a dress on February 2nd, it "shipped" on March 23rd and I never received it so they made me wait to get a refund until May 23rd. Today is May 29th and I still don't have my money! The customer service is horrible, they said I wouldn't get a full refund and I have to wait until after June 2nd to contact them again. Ridiculous!
